āMake a plan, execute the plan⦠sink or swim, donāt jump ship on your plan.ā - Coach

Alright, letās break down what Coach is saying here⦠You have to do some forward thinking in order to be a successful bettor. Sports betting is a battle, there is a winner and a loser. All good leaders formulate a game plan before going into battle, how silly would it be if coaches and players did absolutely nothing to prepare for a game!? Foolish! The same principles apply to us. When you want to get in on the action, here is a healthy process to apply.
First - š° Establish your bankroll (how much money you can afford to set aside for your sports betting entertainment hobby); and from there you can establish your unit size (1 unit = 1% of bankroll). And never wager more than 3 units (3% of your bankroll) on a singular play.
Second - Do your research! Read reports, watch film, study stats, identify trends, or save yourself the time and subscribe to LRT+! But seriously, do whatever you feel gives you a proper understanding of what is going on, so that you can confidently pick a side to wager on.
Third - Shop for the best lines and odds available on the market. There are plenty of oddsmakers out there and not all lines are the same. Spend 5 minutes jumping around different sites until youāve identified the most favorable edge for your bet. If you canāt identify which lines and odds are more in your favor, weāve got bigger fish to fry⦠š
Fourth - Let it ride, donāt bet more than you can lose, and NEVER chase losses with bigger wagers. Some nights you win, some nights you lose, itās just part of the game. If you canāt come to terms with this fact, then you're not suited to play the game. However, by following these principles, your chances of becoming a successful bettor increase greatly, and youāll be able to enjoy the sport for a long time. š¤
